Warranty & Guarantee

All account products include a 24-hour guarantee window starting from the moment of delivery (when the account credentials become available to you). The window exists so you can verify the purchase immediately — log in and check the account as soon as it arrives.

Issues reported within the window that meet the coverage rules below are resolved through store credit. Issues reported after the window closes are handled at our discretion under post-warranty support and are not guaranteed.

Every account — including its ban status — is verified to be in working condition before it is listed. Banned accounts and accounts that do not pass our verification are never offered for sale.

The guarantee covers problems that exist at the time of delivery:

• Login details do not work: The credentials delivered to you cannot access the account
• Account banned, locked, or disabled at delivery: The account was not in usable condition when handed over
• Missing skins or items: The account materially lacks content that the listing advertised
• Email / mailbox credentials do not work: The linked mailbox access delivered with the account does not function
• Wrong product delivered: You received a different account than the one you purchased
• Undisclosed restrictions: Critical limitations or bans were not mentioned in the listing

The guarantee does not cover:

• Access lost after you secured the account: If you changed the password or email and then lost access, the guarantee no longer applies
• Bans after delivery caused by your usage: Sanctions imposed by Epic Games after delivery because of how the account was used
• Shared, resold, or given-away accounts: Accounts are licensed to the buyer only; sharing voids coverage immediately
• Change of mind: Because digital goods are delivered instantly, refunds for buyer's remorse or wrong purchases are not available
• Late claims: Any issue reported after the 24-hour window has closed
• Recovery by the previous owner: Reported losses occurring after the window closed
• Minor variations: Small differences in inventory counts within the ranges stated on the listing
• Subjective value: Personal opinions about the worth, aesthetics, or competitiveness of an account

Note: Epic Games blocks email address changes for up to three months after the last change. This is a platform restriction, not a product defect, and is not covered by the guarantee.

Step 1: Do not modify the account

Before reporting the issue, do not change credentials, link external accounts, make in-game purchases, or otherwise alter the account. Modifications can make verification impossible and will void your claim.

Step 2: Contact support within the window

Submit a claim through your BLTNM Store account dashboard or our official support channels while the guarantee window is still open. Include:

• Your order ID
• An unedited screen recording of your first login attempt (this is the strongest possible evidence)
• A clear description of what is wrong

Claims without supporting evidence may take longer to review or may be declined. We aim to respond to all claims quickly, usually within a few hours.

Step 3: Verification

Our support team reviews each claim against our delivery records — timestamps, delivered content, and access logs — and may ask for additional information.

Approved claims are resolved exclusively via store credit:

• Store credit: Instant credit to your wallet for the affected amount, usable on any future order. No replacement accounts and no crypto refund to the original wallet are offered.

Please do not file a chargeback without contacting support first. Disputes opened without giving us the chance to resolve the issue will be contested with our delivery records (timestamps, delivered content, and access logs). Orders tied to fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent loss of remaining coverage and blacklisting from future purchases.

This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where documents conflict, the terms more favorable to the customer apply for guarantee matters. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Even after the guarantee window closes, contact us if something goes wrong — we review every situation and help where reasonably possible, though resolution can no longer be guaranteed.
